Go to config>frame skip> uncheck limit framerate, uncheck auto minimize skipping.
Also you can change the frame skip numbers to your liking. I have mine on 2. This will make it run faster, not perfect, but faster. The music? will lag no matter what though, but the graphics at least will run efficiently. Thumb this up so others can see.
